and can i update my cpu to upcoming amd FX 4100 with ASUS M5A78L am3+ 125w socket ??

IF you haven't purchased your MOBO then be very careful there are several versions of 'M5A78L' some of them do and some do not support 125W CPUs {e.g. M5A78L-M LX is 95W}. There are (8) versions of this MOBO.

As far as Crysis on the 560Ti well it's so so and you'll be stuck to 2xAA or 0XAA and get 40~45FPS on a typical HD monitor (1920x1080). Crysis is very demanding, and I'd take some time to research the GPU benchmarks for your games...

will the asus 560ti work with this?
