What does an aimbot do for the player? How do you tell if they're
using one? I'm assuiming it is a cheat that allows a player to not
miss their intented target, correct?

I downloaded one and used it privately against the bots to see what it looks
like when someone uses it. Basically whenever there is a target in sight, it
keeps you pointed exactly where you need to be to hit them. If a player comes
into range behind them, they snap around almost instantly. It's really rather
stupid, and anyone who leaves it on all the time will get caught quickly, but
someone using it occationally in a close firefight might get away with it.
