I've played around with my fans a bit, and I'm fairly certain that my CPU fan is the sreaming banshee that's making my system so loud.
Opening up Speedfan, I find that my core is a nice, chill 32C, and my Fan2 is at 67800 RPM. That seems a bit fast.
Is there a way to reset, or rethrottle the CPU fan in the BIOS? I'm on a BIOSTAR MOBO, and the Chinglish manual has be baffled.
