Alright so today my WD Blue 500GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive came into today and I'm adding it to my work in progress system which currently only has an SSD and I'm adding this to it.
So my problem is Ive installed Windows 7 but it boots and loads to the "Starting Windows" screen then goes black and nothing else happens from there, any ideas? I'm also getting "Windows Error Recovery" every boot if that means anything. I had 2 hard drives before but my HDD failed so I'm replacing it with this.
This is my first time installing a new hard drive so maybe there is a small thing I'm missing.
Is it a problem with my system?
Processor: Intel Celeron 420
Memory: 4gb ddr2
HDD: WD Blue 500GB 7200 RPM
SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K 120 GB
Mobo: ECS Livermore8
