Upgrade options for the t4400 in my r530

Can anyone shed light on what CPUs I can replace the t4400 in my r530 laptop with to give it a bit more speed?

I don't really think you're ready to upgrade a CPU in a laptop. Their a lot harder for laptops and generally don't always work since individual OEMs modify their laptop chipsets to fit different need.
