I have 500Gb Seagate expansion portable hard drive which was working fine. But yesterday when I connected it to PC, it is inaccessible. Its detecting in My Computer, Device manager and Disc Management.
In My Computer when I double click the drive it shows error message "H:\ is not accessible. Path is incorrect".
Even Volume label showing was different. Original Volume label was "MYDRIVE" but its showing "MYHPPD" which is volume label of my HP pen drive which is not connected to the PC.
I tried changing drive letter but now volume label is default "Local Drive" and same error message when I double click drive in My Computer.
The drive is just 1 year old.
I would love any way to repair the drive without losing it all.
