USB drive

Hello, When I "save" as files to computer it picks up the plugged in usb and I can save to it. The light flashes etc but when I go into my computer to view the files the J Drive I saved the files to on the USB is not visible. I cannot get the drive to be visible

might this be one of those auto-encrypting flash drives that you'll need a utility and password to see and work with the files?
