Hello All, I am looking to build a gaming rig that would cost 1000 - 1500 (excluding monitor and mouse/keyboard). I have come up with the following list. I will do moderate OC on CPU and video cards.

CPU: i5 760 $195
CPUCooler: Corsair A70 HIGH-PERFORMANCE $35 after MIR
Mobo: ASUS P7P55D Deluxe $123 after MIR
Mem: G.Skill 2*2GB ECO DDR3-1600 7-8-7-24 1.35v $94
HDD: Western Digital Black SATA3 6GB/s 64M 1TB $86
Video: MSI Cyclone 768MB OC 725MHz GTX 460 *2 $150 * 2 after MIR
PSU: XFX 850W Black Edition $119 after MIR
Case: Coolmaster Haf 922 $78

Also I have the following concerns in particular

1, for the mobo, I have been deciding between this one (P7P55D Deluxe) and the newer P7P55D-E, but I since I don't upgrade frequently, I think maybe P7P55D Deluxe is a good board to last 3 years, especially given the sales price? Is the USB3 and SATA3 really so important in 2-3 years time??

2, for the PSU, the general review for XFX 750W seems to be better than that of XFX 850W? Can I downgrade it to XFX 750W (save $20 diff) and STILL have the power to OC my CPU (to 3.8G) and the video cards (moderate OC)??

3, for HDD, I know a lot guys here are recommending the samsung F3 1TB, but then how about this one (WD Black SATA3 1TB)? Both are selling at almost the same price.

4, Any other comment/suggestion is greatly appreciated!!
