Hello,

I have a friend who just bought a laptop so that he could run World of Warcraft and EVE on it. He did so cause he travels a lot of the time. My question to you is what would you change in this system that may be a bottle neck in running either of the games?

Here is the system:
ASUS G Series G73JH-X1 NoteBook Intel Core i7 720QM(1.60GHz) 17.3" 8GB Memory 500GB HDD 7200rpm DVD Super Multi ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870

It should be fine since those games are not very demanding.

However, I just want to point out one thing... If this was a desktop I would say a 1.6Hz i7 CPU (dual core I suppose) would limit the HD 5870. I would assume that will still be the issue for a laptop. So either drop down to a laptop with a HD 5850 instead to save a little bit of money (and yes the CPU is still slow for this card). Or buy a similar model but with a faster i7 core; which means more $$$.
