Memory card not showing data

my memory card not showing in my mobile plz how i can reuse my memory card i hav most fils of my ofice in my card

put it back in the office. Cards are for backups not main storage. Hopefully its something simple and the pc can still read your data (ie - you didn't let the phone format the card)
