Approximate Purchase Date: (not for about 2 weeks still alot to figure out)

Budget Range: (1400-1600) Before Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: (gamming World of Warcraft, surfing the internet, computer programming, word processing, listening to music (no editing though), watch movies(not blue ray) )

Parts Not Required: (keyboard, mouse, speakers, and price is not included in the build))

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: (newegg, microcenter, (I am open to other places as it is my first build as long as they are reliable))

Country of Origin: (USA)

Parts Preferences: by brand or type (Intel i7 CPU)

Overclocking: Yes= probably the CPU into the 3.7 ghz range to start off at first and maybe the gpu (maybe more later if i get more confidence)

SLI or Crossfire:In the future, for now I think im gonna go with one good one and probably get a second later

Monitor Resolution: (1920x1080)

Additional Comments:
I think I want to go with windows 7(has not been bought yet); I am not sure if a Raid 0 configuration or a ssd drive would help fps in game but I know it would help loading performance (not too huge of a deal). Then again i can add an ssd drive after the initial build I am also confused about which graphics card to get I was thinking about a 5850 or a 5870 yet these are quite pricey. I like these ati cards since they run cooler than gtx cards like the 470 or 460. I like this better since Im using air cooling. Another quick question, should I wait for ati 6xxx cards. As for the cpu, should i go with a i7 950 or another i7(ill get the cpu at microcenter). Im looking to get at least in the 40fps range for 25 man raiding.
With some upgradeablity for the future.
Can i get 1600 type ram with this mobo?

Just need a drive that can read cds, write cds, read dvd no blue ray
Will i need a dedicated sound card if so i dont need the best one. I need the cheapest one that gives ok performance; that is all
