Raid driver

can anyone help i need a windows vista raid driver for my gigabyte GA81945PM Mexico NEC. config iv`e tried the gigabyte site but can`t find what i`m looking for (sorry if i`ve already posted this accidently hit back button in earlier attempt

check what chip is use for the raid controller(marvell, via, intel etc) If it a hardware raid then don't need a driver. Software raid-look for the driver at the respective company website.

its an intel 945p according to gigabyte site but i1m not sure if that`s right

the motherboard is 81945pm-rh but the gigabyte website does n`t recognize it the serial no is 5G932404599
