Hello Everyone!

I'll be building a new rig within the next week and came up with a build that I've been looking into. I'd really appreciate any advice on this build and also I have some questions regarding this build. The build I intend to buy is listed below.

Main Purpose for new rig: Gaming

Parts already acquired: OS, Case, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Monitor 23'' @
(1920 x 1080)

Preferred Site for order: NewEgg

Case: NZXT BLK Phantom (All 7 Fans Installed)

(already purchased)

CPU: Intel Core i7 950

HeatSink: Cook Master Hyper N 520 92mm

MotherBoard: ASUS Rampage III Formula LGA 1366

Memory: G. Skill Rip Jaw Series 4GB (2x2) @ 1600

Power Supply: Corsair 650Watt

Video Card: Nvidia GTX 470 1280MB

Optical Drive: LiteOn

Internal Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB

Questions One: Having all 7 fans installed in NZXT Phantom, will the listed heat sink fit? If not , any recommended heat sink that will , would be greatly appreciated

Questions Two: How Hard would it be to Over Clock this CPU to 3.4 - 3.6?

Questions Three: Gaming at 1920x1080 with the listed video card be able to play most games with decent to better FPS with most settings on high to nearly maxed out?

Also the intended budget for this build is around $1300 if there is any ways I can save some money on certain parts, all recommendations are welcomed. Thank you for any suggestions

I agree its a nice build but im looking for an intel setup opposed to amd. Now I'm considering the crossfire myself too ; D. Now if I go with the Noctua heat sink will that fit with my case, due to having a side fan installed? I like the suggestions guys, keep em coming! ; )

1. All coolers should fit, if not you can just take a case fan out. The hyper 212 is one of the best coolers for price out right now.
2. Easy with that board, also look at the sabertooth.
3. Most likely.
4. You need triple kig 6gb for i7.
