can any one tell that whether it is possible ( hybrid sli / crossfire)with evga8800gts 320MB 320 Bit with Mother board Having ATI 3200 inbuilt graphics... i need a tutorial if any one can please thanks for toms hardware people atleast allowed me to put my problem on this site.. its a great site i learned lot in past from this site hope i do continue to do

Not possible. You cannot mix ATI with nVidia for CF/SLI.
