Z68 boards ~$150: Asus or Gigabyte

Hello,

I need some help deciding between a Gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3 and an Asus p8z68-V. The price differential is about $30 when bundled with a i5 2500k, which is the processor I'll be using. I've read the biggest difference will be in overclocking performance as the Asus has a more elaborate voltage regulator setup than the Gigabyte. But how significant will that be and are their other diferences between the boards I should know about?

Gigabyte doesn't even use UEFI bios yet, so I would pass on them.

Asrock Extreme are very good boards to.
