For Laptops: Intel U5400 versus AMD K625

I need help from someone who is more familiar with understanding specs in choosing between the two of these:

Intel Pentium Dual-Core Mobile U5400

Comparing the specs alone, the AMD seems slightly faster and has more level2 cache, supports faster memory and has a lower TDP (which is better). I would pick that one.
