thnx for the response,
by looking at the pic of card at the inno3d's site i couldnt find any 6pin connector but in the reqs on inno's site they said u should have
* 6pin supplementry power connector
* 400 watts psu

how in heavnes will 220 use a 6pin connector without having the port on the card,
plz tell me how

That is funny because it is the requirements for the GTS250 which is a way more powerful card. Actually my tab in the browser says (Inno3D Geforce GTS 250) :D
There is no way that card needs all that power it should work fine with your PSU.

the 250 thingy is also happening with me, funny thing is that they are stating the same requirements for gt240,gt250,g250green and surprisingly even for the gtx260(448bits)
i was not expecting this kind of sh*t from an official site.
do u know the exact reqs btw?

thnx captain rolli again, one last thing people say its a replacement of 9500gt ,

i in this thread was asking about the ddr2 version of the card.

# will a 9500gt ddr3 beat a gt220 ddr2,
# and will a 9500gt with ddr3 work with my psu? (i m sure that ddr2 will work, got examples of that in my area)

in simple words considering that ddr2 versions of both cards will be ok with me , what about the ddr3 versions? wll they bother me or i'll be fine?

Card will work fine regardless of memory type on the card. A card with DDR3 is going to be slightly faster than the same card with DDR2. 9500GT should work fine they are very close in performance.
If anything being worried about power consumption, have you considered ATI cards like HD5550/70 they are even more energy efficient.

no sir , they're out of reach (hd55xx's rgrdls of highend or lowend cuz of buks) in my country. ye but hd4650 (HIS) is in reach

will it work if that's good,
does power consumption varies from manufacturer's (INNO.XFX,EVGA,PALIT etc)
or i can grab from any manufacturer?
