Hey guys, I need some help...

I plan on upgrading my computers graphics card soon. Its a HP p6240f. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470. I've seen where people have to upgrade their PSU to be able to upgrade their graphics card. So I was wondering if I have to upgrade my PSU, or if I can just upgrade the graphics card but get a lower model compatible with my computer.

That computer will not have a big enough PSU to power the GTX470 but it will accept a compatible PSU. In your link they do not state the size of the PSU but I would think it could be good enough for a HD5770 or GTS450. If you can look at the PSU we can confirm!

Well, my monitor resolution will probably be 1920x1080. So do you have any recommendations for a good PSU and a good graphics card? I would like to stick to GeForce, but if Radeon has any good ones I would be willing to look at them.
