ASUS P8Z68 V PRO booting problem. need help????

i have purchased ASUS P8Z68 V PRO mobo recently and build my system as i need. BIOS display comes out normally and i configure it as per my choice. but the problem is that when i was going to install OS (xp prof 64 bit & win7 64 bit) by bootable media and also trying to run different kind of live CD then system stop responding and show me a blue screen error report.
what i do now????

diagnostics... get memtest86 in a dos usb drive and a linux live cd with prime 95. these will tell you if your ram or cpu is having errors. on a fresh build such errors do not mean that the parts are dead but perhaps they are just improperly configured with the wrong speeds/voltages.

At least post the error message and code or a clear picture of the blue screen error.
