Connecting wirelessly

I am attempting to commect my Vista based pc to my Belkin wireless router. The computer keeps on asking for a user name, password, and logon domain. I know my security key but I don't remember setting up the required info that I am being asked for. Using the emortal words from my favorite movie the Fifth Element "Please Help"

The asking for username, password, and logon domain is inforation needed for network logins not Wireless Routers.
