IS This Correct About MY PSU?

I have a RAIDMAX RX-850AE 850W PSU, which has FOUR +12V rails each capable of delivering 34A. So is the following correct?:

"34A per rail means ~ 400W per rail maximum. A top end video card will only pull 225W from the PCIe power connectors, so you're fine there. However not all rails can operate at full power simultaneously, the 4 rails can only total up to 732 (61A) on this psu."

Based on looking @ the label as found on Newegg, Those are true statements.
