system components:
cpu: AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W( using the included fan of the cpu )
motherboard: ecs mcp61m-m3 v1.0a
hard drives: 2 hard drive ( one is 500 gb and other is 250 gb )
Graphic card: Evga geforce 9600 GSO 512 mb DDr2 pci-e
memory: Corsair XMS3 4GB 2 X 2 GB PC3-10666 1333Mhz Dual Channel 240 pin DDR3
DVD Rom: DVD rom

How many watt do I need for my psu to run all these components? Right my system is running fine at a 400 watt psu without the graphic card installed but if I installed the graphic card, do I need a better psu? Note: Graphic card doesn't need external power, it get its power from the motherboard.

I think a good 400W PSU would be more than enough for the listed components.
According to this:

you only would need 151 Watts, with 200 watts recommended.
