Is this a good graphics card?

Is the Dual 1GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon™ HD 5770 CrossfireX™ Enabled graphics card going to be able to run most games on high quality? I want to know this because I think i'm going to be purchasing the Alienware Area 51 or the aurora and I want it to have a good graphics card.
