Seagate Barracuda or Western Digital Caviar Blue?

Hello I am building my first pc. I game so I was looking at two HDD's. This is a budget build and I can't decide between two drives:

Which should I buy? I have a really limited budget and I have heard mixed reviews about both of these (Ex. Having a Seagate for 10 years, and buying a WD and it's DOA and then having a WD for 10 years and having a Seagate DOA, ect.)

Buy the least expensive unit as any hard disk can be DOA.
