Motherboard, PSU, and GPU compatibility

Hello,

This is my first time posting on here, so please forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place.
I am wanting to put these parts together, but I am not sure if they are compatible. Could you help me with finding out if these parts are compatible?

Motherboard: ASUS P5QL PRO
Power Supply: Golden field powerBAY ATX-S628 (I have attached the specs)
GPU: BFG Tech GeForce GTS 250 1GB DDR3 (http://www.legitreviews.com/article/913/1/)

I’m a little new at the whole computer parts thing, so excuse my ignorance
