Realtek 8168 / 8111 not working

8168 / 8111 has limited connectivity.

Check it's present and not yellow flagged in Device Manager. If it is, may just be a question of a new driver (or a new NIC -- they are cheap and simple to fit).

If all appears okay in Device Manager, you need to say more about the rest of the system and what steps you've taken to analyse because from the info you've given could be anything.
