Does it reset to a certain time everytime you restart? If so you have a dead Cmos battery which is a coin cell battery in the computer. If its a laptop I suggest you deal with it or take it to a computer repair shop because its a 3+ hour job on most laptops. If its a desktop it takes two seconds to fix so I can help you through it if you need. Have you gone into the bios and changed that time? If not try holding f8,f10 and the delete key on start-up and change the time in that blue menu that you see, you must move with arrow keys and enter.
