PSU: COOLERMASTER 500WATTS
hardisk 500gb sata hitach

Yes. Err, no. The G41MT-S2 uses DDR3 RAM not DDR2 RAM (I'd suggest 4 GB's). Everything else will work, but I'd also suggest a better PSU, maybe one of these:
