On Real Temp my temperature is 21c 22c and my Distance to TJ Max is 85 82; what

tj max is the limit that the cpu can handle. WHat are you asking here?

On Real Temp my temperature is 21c 22c and my distance to TJ max is 85 82; what does this means? Is my CPU safe at these levels? I do plan on mounting a 200mm fan on the top of the case for additional air flow.

So far, this is what I have:

Case: Cooler Master Haf 912.
1x120 on the side panel, 2x120 in the Front and "Soon" 1x200mm fan on the top

Motherboard: MSI P55m-GD41

Liquid Cooling: CoolIT SYSTEMS ECO-R120 Advanced Liquid Cooling. Two Fans mounted for push and pull configuration.

CPU: Core i7 875K Unlocked 2.93GHz

Video Cards: 2x HIS Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws 16GB's

Hard Drive: 1Terra bit
Optical Drive: 3x DVD burners and 1x Bluray burner.
