If you're buying a new AMD mobo now I would suggest the AM3+ socket for just a few dollars more so that you can upgrade to Bulldozer in the future. You don't need RAM with heatsinks on top either as they cost more and do little if any good. I'm not impressed with Biostar so I can't recommend them.

I'd suggest a Gigabyte AM3+ 970 mobo and DDR3 1866 RAM for Bulldozer. If your budget is real tight then the Gigabyte 880 with DDR3 1333 will work great.
