What is spool service for printer

Hello, My printer does not
work as spool service is not
running. How do I fix this?

PS Under sub-category I am not
sure what to put there.

Press Windows key+R, then type "services.msc". Go through the list and look for "Print Spooler". If it says "Stopped", then right-click and press "Start".
