I want to buy a budget but a good case.

please tell me which of these would make my system remain cool!!

The CM Elite is ok or this if you can run to it, it comes with 2 extra front fans and keeps things nice and cool.

I bought a CM Elite 341 and am impressed with the build quality for an inexpensive case.
With that, I'd have to recommend the 430.

What makes a case cool is adequate airflow.
To me, that means at least two 120mm intake fans. An equivalent amount of exit vent space or fans is assumed.
As far as I can tell, all three cases mentioned have only one 120mm intake fan.

I think the Antec 300 nvidiafanboi suggested would be better.
Get the illusion model which includes some extra fans.
