My dell dimension 8300 dont want to come on

did the entire comp get wet? if it did u might need to change the hdd
one more thing did manage to get into the bios settings? if u cant change the entire mobo and the psu un fortunatly accidental damge is ot usually coverd by warranty !! so u gona hav to pay for it bro!!!
