Well my cpu has been running at 64c normal, and it seems to be alittle high for what it shows as a 61c max temp is this normal or bad.

It seems normal. Are you running the stock cooler?

Remember: The rule is 80 degrees centigrade is the limit.

I would not be happy with those temps at all 80C is well over the limit (Which is 62C). I think the cooler must be installed badly or not running as is should or you have overclocked on the stock cooler. I suggest you either reinstall the cooler with new thermal paste or even better upgrade it.

Drop the vCore ""-0.0125v"" or maybe -0.025v and I imaging your temps will drop to the low- to mid-50s.
