So I installed WindowsXP and couldn't get my GeForce DDR installed properly. After fooling with it forever I finally decided to right-click my computer, and turn the Hardware Acceleration slider down to nothing. Big mistake. Now Windows boots, but after the beginning sreen(the one with the logo and the blue animated loading indicator), I get no video(windows boots normally and all the startup sounds play and the monitor is on, it's just a black screen). Where the screen should normally turn to the blue welcome to Windows XP screen, it turns black. I'm pretty certain that this is due to my turning off hardware acceleration in windows settings.
What I'm looking for is some key commands to maybe reset windows defaults, or instructions on exactly what buttons to press to get the hardware acceleration slider back to full. At this time my hard drive is totally useless as I cannot do anything unless I can see the Windows GUI. Any help would be appreciated.
