32 gig Sandisk Cruzer Blade USB

Hi, this is doing my nut in.
System AMD FX 61000 six-core. 8Gig ram, Windows 7 64bit.
All USB ports on this system read what ever I throw at them. Flash drives, Phone, Electric ***, multi card reader etc etc
Apart from this Sandisk Cruzer Blade. Yes, Windows 7 sees it (Not in Disk Manager though). in WE, Q-Dir, but just does not read it. Formatted in FAT32 on an XP SP3 system. Full of mp3 files. labeled as sounds. 32 gig in size.
I have, two more Windows 7 64bit systems and 2 XP sp3 systems in the house. They see the Sandisk Cruzer Blade USB and can read every file on it.
So, what is my system missing, if anything?
Any of you seen this before, know of a fix?

Kill the samsung kiestrayagent.exe. Sony play app can also block access so kill it if you have it installed.
