No Signal To Monitor

Hello,
my computer would not start so I had power supply checked. checked out fine. Then I installed new motherboard. The computer comes on, but there is no signal to moniter, and the power led's won't light up. I can't get to the BIOS because I haven't a working moniter. PLEASE HELP!!!

You've given almost zero information. We need to know:

Your PC configuration, including make/model of psu if the PC is custom built.

How old is the PC?

How did you "check out" your psu and find it was fine?
