Realtek Back Plugs Not Showing Windows 7

Just installed Windows 7 64bit and installed the realtek driver but none of the rear of front plugs are showing up as shown in picture below.

I have new 5.1 speakers to use and nothing can't even use headphones

Edit: Further infor the sound is all onboard the motherboard as well. I have a HP Pavillion Media Centre GF948AA-abg m8180a

Yes have restarted many times has gotten to the stage i have just purchased a PCI Express Sound card to replace the onboard sound card. HP Website have nolonger got any drivers for my particular model PC anylonger.

If i only had the original Motherboard Drivers software this would be no issue.
