Can you guys give me any tips/builds. And how hard is it to put the parts together myself. Comp will be used mostly for surfing and gaming (Civ 5)

Building a PC is not hard, basically you just have to follow some steps (pluging stuff in) and your good to go. Have a read of a guide to check if your up to it:

The hardest part is choosing what parts to use, this requires a lot more knowledge then the actual building which is why many newbies ask here.
