Most people on this forum do not know the retailers in India (as in my case) so giving you the price is impossible for us. All we can do is point at good budget coolers for you to look them up with your local retailers!

Yup that's true
, and really i want answer from Indians only but you guys know that in India people just have there computers which are given by sellers, i.e in most cases Indian people do not care about the importance of each hardware and there functions of there comp. system , they just buy it and use it, and that's why i am not getting any answer from any Indian living currently in India.....so that's my thoughts. and you are right too..

Coolermaster Hyper 212+ is pretty nice, its easy to install and has extra fan-clips so you can install an aditional fan for push-pull. It is the best cooler in that price range if you ask me
