Computer ( Turns on but does not boot up )

Computer powers on and does not boot up...however occasionally it does boot and It works perfectly. Getting it to power on and boot past post is luck of draw ( i need to reset a couple of times to get it to properly boot ).
Any suggestion/help would be greatly appreciated.
