~1000-1100 CAD Build

Hey guys, I am looking to help build a computer for my brother since I already built mine last year. The key thing is he isn't planning to overclock anything soon (never overclocked), but wants the computer to last a long time for gaming. I am buying from NCIX since the shipping is just horrible on newegg.ca (live in Canada). Lastly, he also wants a decent monitor to game on. Here is what I have so far:

The only problem I have is the price is a bit over $1200 CAD. I would preferably like it lowered closer to around $1100. I also think the i7 is kind of a hit or miss, since he's not planning to overclock anytime soon anyway, just play games like Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 on Ultra high settings.

On newegg.ca, I saw a deal for the Rosewill Challeneger case that seemed to have very good reviews at a lower price than the Antec 900. Would you guys recommend getting that instead? Here is the link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
