Hello all - with some extremely useful advice from some of you, I built my first rig just over a year ago, and it's performed well.
However, around 6 months ago I started getting intermittent BSODs (a couple of causes - MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM). I upgraded to an SSD a few days ago and did a clean reinstall of Win7, updated the BIOS and all the drivers, but I've still had 3 BSODs since I upgraded 4 days ago.
So I tested my memory (DDR3 1333 Corsair stuff, 9-9-9-24). Left it running for 11 hours today; I came back to find it had completed around 1200 passes, and had 6 errors at pass #243.
It seems odd to me that so many passes were completed in a short(ish) time - is this normal, or could it be indicative of any problems?
