GRAPHICS CARD FOR PSU

hello,
i could not find an hd 4670 so i have shortlisted these cards.please choose the best considering my psu has 20+4 pin connector and just 19 amps on the 12v+ rail:-

ATI RADEON 4750 HD

ATI RADEON 4770 HD

NVIDIA 9600GT

NVIDIA 8800 GT

And dont consider the reccomended power supply suggested by the company as everyone knows that they are way too much than required.

HD4750 based on power. Then there are HD5570 performs equal to better than HD4670 and still better HD5670, neither card will need external power from PSU.

It is a good gaming card with performance in between HD4830 and HD4850. Power consumption I have seen is 75watts = 6.25amps which should work fine on your PSU just as long you don't have multiple drives in massive raid setups.

i have heard that it consumes more power than hd 4750.i read some reviews about the hd 5570 and hd 5670 and it looks like they should also be fine for my psu.what do u guys think about these 2 cards?

also i have amd athlon 64x2 2.1 ghz ,so i dont need a powerhouse of a card.i just wanna play latest games at medium settings at 1024x768.and the hd 4770 is quite powerful so it will be too much bottlenecked by my cpu.
