I need a good trusted power supply around 850w no more then 180$, i read a lot on fans making bad sounds and them burning out and the power supply just dies, so im looking for a good psu for this setup.

OK first unless you plan on running 3 x 6870s you need no where near 850 watts. 850 will run 2 x GTX 480s with plenty of room to overclock. You need a good 500w unit for that and a 550-600 to run two in Crossfire.
Look for Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling or XFX for the best units.

Something like this gives you upgrade room for Crossfire.
