Can dell 9150 support GT8800?

As title, Dell Dimension 9150, Pentium D, 2.8Ghz, 3.5g ram. The graphics card is this one:

I know absolutely nothing about graphics card and cpu upgrading.. So it will be great if someone can enlighten me about this graphics card. Will it burn my motherboard, will it consume tonnes of power, or can my computer even use this thing due to space constrains or incorrect plug present.

Yes it can support the 8800GT, It would be fine.
