Hello,
I want to load my cd's and dvd's on a hard drive as cd images. So I can later boot from any cd just like I loaded it into a cd drive.

You can use any number of utilities to image a disk as an ISO file. These files can be read as a virtual disk with the appropriate software in Windows 7 or below (and by Windows Explorer natively in Windows 8) - but only within Windows. If by boot from the image you mean start the PC from it, that won't happen.
