Sorry mate but you need to be more clear on what you are asking,

A motherboard needs RAM, CPU, GFX card, HDD's, PSU.

If you are looking at the components that make up a motherboard, then you have the CPU socket, North Bridge, South Bridge, RAM slots, SATA/IDE slots, loads of capacitors, PCI/PCI-express lanes. All the devices listed are attached to the motherboard in some way or another.
