I am building a machine for power a fast storage access, for that I purchased the above mentioned mobo (which has a 20GB intel ssd onboard).
I set it up in the BIOS as they instruct (controller set to RAID -XHD). the controller identifies itself as SCSI0.
The systems installs without any problems, and setting the Intel SRT works just fine.
(The BIOS is updated to the latest non-beta version F5)

The Problem starts when I connect an additional RAID controller (Highpoint RocketRaid 2710). I connected 4 hard drives to it, and configured them as RAID 5. Once I do this, the controller is identified in the BIOS as SCSI0 and the Intel controller is identified as SCSI1.
From that point on, even though I configure the Intel controller as the 1st to boot from in the bios, it just won't.
It goes all the way to the message "Loading operating system", but never continues to load anything.

I tried connecting the OS HD to the Marvel controller, and the OS loads, but then I don't get the added value of the SSD acceleration...
