Hi guys, i am going to be building a gaming rig for FSX
I have a list of components already, and i was just looking for some advice on weather, this hardware is the best i can get for my buck.
Also, if anyone could reassure me, that all the parts are compatible;

CPU: Intel® Core™i7-870 Quad Core (2.93GHz, 8MB Cache) + Turbo Boost
MBOARD: ASUS® P7P55 LX: USB 2.0 & SATA 3.0Gb/s, CrossFireX™
RAM: 8GB SAMSUNG DDR3 DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz
GRAPHICS CARD: 1GB ATI RADEON™ HD 5450 PCI EXPRESS - DirectX® 11
HARD DRIVE: 250GB SERIAL ATA 3-Gb/s WITH 8MB CACHE (7,200rpm)
POWER SUPPLY: 600W Quiet 80 PLUS Dual Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan
And windows vista
Is this setup sufficient for fsx, and are the parts compatible?

Thanks guys

All are compatible, but the 5450 is going to be underwhelming if you want to run at higher levels of detail. I suggest an AMD Radeon 58XX or 68XX or higher and Windows 7 x64 (not Vista). Good luck!
